Hair product update!

Heres a video up me showing what new products im currently using on my hair! Check it out and let me know what you think! ;)

Arch wire finally put on...Ouch :(

Today I had my wires put on and I was really surprised when the dentist said it was time. I went in thinking I was just going to have my rubber bands changed. I was excited because that means my teeth are showing progress which is what I want but I knew extra pain was going to come with it. Its almost 1 a.m. and my mouth in serious pain! I have read some forums to see how other peoples experiences have been and they are pretty much feeling the same way I am, second guessing if I should have done this. I know the pain will subside in a couple of days but to feel it right now I don't think ill sleep. I was gonna wash my hair but im feeling lazy and sad. Hopefully tomorrow ill feel better but for now im gonna take some advil with ice cold water. Goodnight everyone <3

Old braces update I didnt post...

My mouth feels weird once the pain pills wear off. Its not pain, its like irritating from my mouth swelling up. Also when my tongue rubs where my teeth used to be it feels gummy lol yup gummy! I hope these gaps heal up fast so I can eat whatever I want again!! I miss eating spicy and hot food, once these babys have healed im getting chipotle!! :-) Im so happy the hard part is over.

My first detox: Dhealthstore Full body detox

I received Dhealthstore's full body detox in the mail a couple of weeks ago and I have been anticipating the day that I will start which is today. I originally planned on starting on friday but that wasnt a good day for me but today is perfect. Im off of work until Wednesday so I have time to get adjusted to taking these pills everyday. In these three weeks I will be taking 30 pills a day and one glass of water with activated charcoal mixed in at bed time. This detox requires a raw vegan diet but if I want something cooked ill eat some quinoa, brown rice, or steamed vegetables. This is exciting for me because I know how beneficial this detox can be. On December 15, 2012 this detox will be complete. I'm rooting myself on and I know I will feel amazing as the days go by and I hope to stick to some of the changes Ive made along the way. Some of the things I plan to do. Eat a raw vegan diet  Exercise 3-4 times a week Drink more water (67 ounces) Drink 1 or 2 smoothies a day D

My vegan journey

Ive been going back and forth with becoming a vegan for a while. While I do know the benefits of being vegan I just was too lazy to plan my meals so I opted for convience...whatever is around most likely unhealthy food. So yesterday I was thinking why not do it now start now!!! My health is so important to me and I feel that since it is I should take action to show it. Im excited to dedicate myself to something I know is important. My goal is to keep it simple because when you over analize things it can get complicated. Im gonna take it one step at a time. Im going to plan out meals I can eat so ill have options. I want to make the meal before I put it in my meal planner so I can make sure I can make it and it tastes good.  :-)  So heres to health and being determined to live!!!!

Braces: one week after extractions

I had four teeth removed last week and the blood clots have already dissolved! Im happy my mouth is healing so fast that means my other teeth can fill that spot soon. Its amazing how something I was so terrified of ended up not as bad as I thought. I mean I had my ups and downs with it but I adjusted well. Im a trooper and I wont let four little teeth stand in the way of what I want. Im going to take some pics to show how it looks. Heres to my smile and having something to smile about. :-)

Braces: My Extractions Experience...Finally got it done!!

So Friday I finally got four teeth removed to start my journey to straight teeth! I have been going back and forth for years if I should do it or not. I figured there's no way to get around it so I mind as well do it now!!! I'm sooo happy I did and I will be sharing my journey with you all. Here is my first video sharing my journey.

It's official...today my hair challenge starts!!

So last night I got my hair braided by a good friend. I like them a lot there neat and not too small, I don't like taking down tiny braids. Other than that I plan to keep these in for 4 weeks!! If they dont look too bad ill try to keep them in. Pics below :)
